Tartu koolidele toitlustusteenuse ostmine. Hankija annab koolide köögiruumid ning söögisaalid tasuta kasutusse, ruumide kasutaja (toitlustaja) tasub kommunaalkulud. Lepinguprojektides on sätestatud täpsemalt ruumide kasutaja kohustused. Ruumide kasutaja (toitlustaja) kohustub toitlustama koolide õpilasi vastavalt vastavas osas lepingus ja selle lisas 1 "Tehniline kirjeldus" sätestatud tingimustele. Hankija poolt on kehtestatud koolilõuna maksumused, pakkujad hinda ei paku. Hindamine toimub esitatud koolilõuna menüüde ning toidu degusteerimise alusel.
