Ümberehitustööde eesmärk on parandada hoone energiatõhusust ja külastajate kasutusmugavust. Pakkujal on kohustus objektiga enne pakkumuse esitamist kohapeal tutvuda. Kuna tööde teostamiseks taotleb Hankija toetust PRIA toetusmeetmest "Perioodi 2023–2027 maapiirkonna ettevõtjate konkurentsivõime suurendamise investeeringutoetus", siis tööde teostamise täpne ajakava lepitakse kokku hankelepingu sõlmimisel. Toetuse taotluse mitterahuldamise korral on hankijal õigus loobuda hankelepingu sõlmimisest.
