Original Tender Description

We are interested in finding suppliers of academic workload planning and management systems who will be able to supply a system to a university with well-established workload management policies and processes. Our workload planning system is currently accessible to around 3000 academic staff, and workload planning data is used for planning and management, TRAC, and teaching costing. With our new system we are seeking better integration, a simplified approach to workload policy through more flexible controls, and more flexibility to view our data both within the system and through reporting.
