Hankelepingu esemeks on peatöövõtu korras hanke alusdokumentide kohaselt tehtavad vajalikud projekteerimis- ja ehitustööd, ehituse garantii alla kuuluvate tehnosüsteemide hooldus garantiiajal ning ehitamiseks vajalike tööjooniste koostamine kogukonnapõhise toetatud eluaseme ehitamisel.
