Tender Quality Score

This tender is generally clear and contains essential information, but its quality is significantly hampered by critical deficiencies such as the inaccessibility of the main tender document and the absence of evaluation criteria.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance65/100

The procedure type and CPV code are clearly defined. However, the 'Download failed' status for the primary Tender Notice document, the missing reveal date, and the explicit absence of evaluation criteria are significant compliance issues. The lack of explicit mandatory exclusion grounds in the summary also detracts.
