Tender Quality Score

This tender offers a clear service description and a generous deadline but is significantly hampered by missing full document content, unspecified evaluation criteria, and a lack of e-submission, impacting fairness and completeness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to standard procedures with a very long submission period and appropriate CPV codes. However, the summary lacks explicit mandatory exclusion and eligibility criteria, which are crucial for full legal transparency.

No specific mandatory exclusion grounds or eligibility requirements provided in the summary.
Clarity65/100

The service description and technical requirements are exceptionally clear. Nevertheless, the complete absence of evaluation criteria and explicit financial requirements significantly reduces overall clarity for potential bidders.

No evaluation criteria specified
No specific financial requirements provided
Completeness55/100

While basic information is present, the critical absence of content for the four listed tender documents and the lack of explicit mandatory exclusion, eligibility, financial, and evaluation criteria in the summary make it incomplete.

No content available for the 4 tender documents
Missing explicit mandatory exclusion, eligibility, financial, and evaluation criteria
Fairness45/100

A long deadline and disclosed value are positive for fairness. However, the lack of accessible full documents, unspecified evaluation criteria, and no e-submission severely undermine the objectivity and equal access for bidders.

No full document content accessible
No evaluation criteria specified
Practicality60/100

The contract start date and duration are clearly defined. However, the absence of electronic submission and a direct document URL in the summary are practical drawbacks in modern procurement.

No e-submission
No direct document URL provided in the summary
Data Consistency90/100

The data provided is largely consistent and logical. Key fields are populated, and there are no noted disputes or suspensions. Dates, such as the submission deadline and contract start, are consistent with each other and with the current date.

Sustainability20/100

There is no mention or indication of green procurement practices, social aspects, or an innovation focus within the provided tender information. The tender is also not EU-funded, which often correlates with higher sustainability standards.

No green procurement, social criteria, or innovation focus mentioned

Strengths

Very clear and detailed description of services and technical requirements.
Exceptionally long submission deadline (over 10 months).
Estimated value and contract duration are clearly specified and not classified.

Concerns
