Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance85/100

The notice, as a market engagement, appropriately uses 'None' for procedure type and provides a reasonable deadline for feedback. It adheres to good pre-procurement practices by being transparent and using a relevant CPV code.

Clarity90/100

The purpose of the market engagement is exceptionally clear, stating the intent to inform the service specification. AI-extracted requirements are precise and understandable for this preliminary phase.

Completeness80/100

Most essential information, including estimated value, duration, and contract start, is provided. A minor inconsistency exists between the stated '36 months' contract duration and the 'up to 5 years' mentioned in the description.

Fairness90/100

The market engagement approach is inherently fair, seeking broad input from current and prospective providers. Requirements are generic and not tailored, promoting equal opportunity for feedback.

Practicality70/100

While feedback is expected via a survey, a direct link or specific platform for electronic submission is not explicitly provided. Document URLs are also not explicitly stated in the basic information, which could be a minor practical hurdle.

Sustainability30/100

No information regarding green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus is included in this market engagement notice. This is common for early-stage notices but results in a low score for this category.
