The construction of a new sports development, including significant civil engineering works to the site, a new 400m outdoor running track with associated football pitch, floodlighting and fencing, a new changing pavilion featuring a 60m indoor warm up facility, a grandstand, a storage building, a 3G rugby pitch, including all associated external works, landscaping and car parking to accommodate the full development in Craigie, Ayr.
