Original Tender Description

The Trakai District Municipality Administration is conducting a procurement and intends to acquire prepared food supply services for the Čižiūnai Social Services Center (Vilties g. 2, Čižiūnų k. Aukštadvario sen., Trakų r. sav.), i.e., the institution with which a contract will be signed after the winner of the competition is determined. The average number of persons fed per day is up to 30 people (including about 10 people with diabetes diet). The catering service must be provided every day, including weekends and holidays. The center's residents are fed 4 (four) times a day. The supplier will have to prepare the portion quantities based on the received order. The number of persons fed may vary. During the service provision period (12 months), the preliminary quantities of services purchased according to the needs of the contracting authority may increase or decrease. The service recipient will pay the service provider based on the actual number of persons fed under the conditions and procedure established in the draft contract. The catering norm per person per day is calculated by summing the prices of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper. The cost of one day's catering cannot exceed the price approved by the Trakai District Municipality Council by Decision No. S1E-17 of February 19, 2026, "On the Approval of the List and Prices of Social Services of Trakai District Municipality for 2026" - 9.50 Euros including VAT.
