This tender for furniture establishes a framework with a substantial estimated value and a clear e-submission process. Key areas for improvement include specifying evaluation criteria and providing more detail on sustainability aspects.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure and specifies a CPV code. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline might be considered tight given the complexity of a framework agreement. No disputes are reported. Regulatory compliance is assumed based on the procedure type.

Clarity80/100

The description of the framework's purpose and duration is clear. The e-submission process is well-explained, and contact information for support is provided. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria is a significant clarity issue.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and duration are present. The contract start date is specified. However, the lack of content in the tender documents and the absence of technical and financial requirements reduce completeness.

No document content available
Technical capability requirements not specified
Fairness85/100

The tender is open to all NEPO members and associate members, promoting broad access. The use of an e-tendering system ensures a standardized submission process. The value is disclosed, and the procedure is open. The primary concern is the lack of specified evaluation criteria, which could impact perceived fairness.

No evaluation criteria specified
Practicality65/100

The e-submission requirement via the Open eTender system is practical. The contract start date and duration are clear. However, the lack of explicit financing information and the absence of detailed technical/financial requirements in the provided text make it less practical for initial assessment.

Financing information not specified
Technical capability requirements not specified
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields like title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The contract start date and duration are consistent.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. It is also not indicated as EU funded, which limits the assessment of sustainability elements.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
