Tender Quality Score

This tender for museum display technician services is generally well-structured, with clear descriptions of required expertise and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on the submission process.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal compliance by providing a clear CPV code, a defined procedure (open competition below threshold), and a reasonable submission deadline for the contract value. There are no immediate indications of disputes or regulatory non-compliance. The estimated value is disclosed, and the contract duration is specified.

Clarity80/100

The description of services is clear, detailing the need for woodworking, fabrication, and decorative works for museum displays. Eligibility and technical capability requirements are well-defined, outlining the necessary expertise and abilities. The estimated value range is provided, though it's noted as an estimate for guidance.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, description, estimated value, and contract duration. However, the absence of specific evaluation criteria and the lack of content for the tender documents reduce its completeness. The contract start date is provided.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender appears fair, with an open competition procedure and a disclosed estimated value. The requirements are objective and focused on necessary skills and experience, not tailored to specific companies. The use of e-procurement is implied by the platform, but not explicitly stated as mandatory for submission.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, it lacks explicit information regarding the e-submission process, making it difficult to assess the practicality of the submission. Financing information is not detailed, and the availability of document URLs is not confirmed.

No e-submission details provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadlines are populated. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logical and do not indicate any suspension or disputes. The CPV code is appropriate for the service.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding criteria, which are common in modern tenders. This suggests a lack of focus on these important aspects.
