Tender Quality Score

This tender for promotional items is generally well-structured with clear lot divisions and basic information provided. However, it lacks specific details on evaluation criteria and document content, impacting completeness and practicality.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with basic legal requirements for below-threshold open competition. The CPV code is appropriate, and there are no immediate flags for disputes or regulatory non-compliance. The deadline, while potentially short, is within a reasonable range for this type of procurement.

Clarity80/100

The description of the service required (provision of promotional items) and the division into three lots (Stationery, Clothing, Corporate) is clear. The contract duration and potential extension are also specified. However, the absence of detailed evaluation criteria leaves some ambiguity regarding how bids will be assessed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most essential information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadlines are present. The contract duration and start date are also specified. However, the lack of accessible document content is a significant omission, preventing a full assessment of requirements.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open competition, allowing suppliers to bid for individual or all lots, which promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for bidding are objective (ability to supply specific lots). There is no indication of requirements tailored to specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission and the unavailability of document content hinder practical engagement for potential bidders. Financing information is not explicitly detailed.

No e-submission
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and deadlines are populated. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logically ordered.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation requirements. It is also not indicated as EU funded, suggesting a limited focus on sustainability criteria.
