We are seeking an experienced sales agent, that is knowledgeable on all Shared Ownership matters and has the scale and capabilities to reach a large pool of applicants to enable us to achieve our goals. This will be through extensive market research of the area and target demographic. Marketing our properties whilst reinforcing the Medway Development Company brand in a positive light. Please include pricing for your sales services, including works for progressing a sale through to completion and marketing the properties. It is optional to provide a separate pricing schedule for marketing collateral, such as brochures, merchandise, hoarding, signage and any other services you may offer.
