The tender is in the planning stage, which limits a full assessment of legal compliance. The CPV code is appropriate, and there are no reported disputes. The tender appears fair with a disclosed value and objective criteria for eligibility (suitably qualified and experienced). There are no indications of requirements tailored to specific companies. The lack of specific submission requirements could be seen as an opportunity for broader participation.

Practicality65/100

The tender is in the planning stage, and the absence of e-submission details is noted. The contract start date is provided. However, the lack of specific submission requirements and available documentation hinders practical preparation for potential bidders.
