Original Tender Description

Pobl are intending to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to a framework for the provision of Architectural Services and Consultancy for Pobl Group's residential schemes. A maximum of ten (10) consultants will be appointed to the Framework Agreement as a result of this ITT. Please note that as of 1st January 2026 Pobl Group Limited will be rebranded to Codi Group Limited, and so the latter name will be used in the contract and call off documents.

  • Be a consultant capable of providing Architectural Services and Consultancy.
  • Be aware that the contracting authority will be Codi Group Ltd (formerly Pobl Group Ltd) for contractual purposes.
