Tender Quality Score

This tender for a bilingual GCSE History magazine is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on mandatory exclusion grounds, impacting its overall legal compliance and completeness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender provides a clear CPV code and organizational details. The timeline, while tight, is specified. However, the absence of explicit mandatory exclusion grounds and detailed evaluation criteria prevents a higher score in this category.

No specific mandatory exclusion grounds are detailed.
No evaluation criteria specified.
Clarity80/100

The description of the required bilingual magazine is clear, outlining its purpose, target audience, and content focus. The eligibility and technical capability requirements are well-defined, making the scope of work understandable.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. However, the lack of available tender documents with content and the absence of specified evaluation criteria reduce the completeness score.

No document content available.
Missing evaluation criteria.
Fairness85/100

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies e-submission via the Proactis portal and provides a contract start date. However, the submission deadline appears very short given the complexity of the project and the need to attend an information session, potentially impacting practicality.

Submission deadline may be too short.
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, and the dates provided are logically sequenced.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. While the focus on equity and well-being in the curriculum alignment touches on social aspects, it is not a primary procurement characteristic.

Not green procurement.
No social criteria explicitly mentioned.
