Original Tender Description

The project comprises of the maintenance of the owned/managed lifts as shown in the schedule of sites listed within the pricing document. The works shall commence 1st March 2023 and will be completed by 28th February 2025. Subject to satisfactory performance, West Northamptonshire Council (The Customer) may at its sole and exclusive option extend the contract for a maximum of two extensions, for periods of 12 months each taking the full contract to 28th February 2027.The successful Contractor will make available all the necessary resources to provide a high-quality preventative lift maintenance service to West Northamptonshire Council (The Customer), in full compliance with the specification and conditions of contract.West Northamptonshire Council requires tenders to be submitted for Comprehensive Maintenance Cover.
