Tender Quality Score

This tender for inspection services of pressure systems is generally well-structured with clear requirements and a reasonable estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on e-submission, impacting its overall practicality and fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to general legal compliance by providing a clear procedure (open procedure), a proper CPV code, and no reported disputes. Deadlines appear reasonable given the context, though the submission deadline is relatively short. Regulatory compliance is assumed but not explicitly detailed.

Clarity80/100

The description of services required is clear, detailing the need for annual inspections of pressure systems and report generation. The eligibility and technical capability requirements are well-documented. However, the absence of specified evaluation criteria introduces ambiguity.

Missing evaluation criteria
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration. The submission deadline and contract start date are specified. However, the lack of accessible document content for the four listed tender documents is a significant omission.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, which promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for eligibility and technical capability appear objective. The lack of specific company tailoring is positive. However, the absence of explicit e-submission details and the short submission deadline could be perceived as less fair to potential bidders.

No e-submission details provided
Submission deadline may be too short
Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of explicit e-submission instructions and the absence of document content make practical engagement difficult. Financing information is not detailed.

No e-submission
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated. There are no reported suspensions or disputes. The dates provided (submission deadline, contract start) are logically sequenced.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, or innovation. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This suggests a lack of focus on sustainability criteria.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
