This tender demonstrates good clarity and fairness with a well-defined scope and transparent evaluation criteria, though it has minor gaps in legal compliance and completeness, and lacks explicit sustainability focus.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

Completeness70/100

The tender includes essential information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, contract duration, and location (NUTS code). Key deadlines are specified. Fairness85/100

Full document access is provided via a public portal, and the estimated value is disclosed. The evaluation criteria weighting is transparent, though detailed quality criteria are in the full ITT document.

Practicality90/100

Electronic submission is explicitly supported via the eTenderWales Bravo portal, and the URL is provided. The contract start date and duration are clearly specified. Financing information (estimated value) is available. The automated check's flag 'No e-submission' contradicts the explicit instructions in the tender description and AI-extracted requirements; based on the text, e-submission is fully enabled.

Automated check incorrectly flags 'No e-submission'
Data Consistency90/100

Key dates (submission, contract start) are logical and consistent with the stated duration. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, and the tender status is active. Minor inconsistencies include missing codes for 'Type' and 'Procedure' and an empty 'Liable Person' field.
