Original Tender Description

North East Lincolnshire would like to invite your organisation to take part in a collaborative workshop focused on shaping the future of Housing Related Support (HRS) in the borough. This workshop forms part of the second Preliminary Market Engagement event being undertaken by the Authority. HRS is a short‑term support service currently available to local residents, designed to help individuals develop the skills needed to manage their homes effectively, with the long‑term aim of reducing reliance on homelessness services. However, we recognise that the current offer may no longer fully reflect the needs of our community. To ensure any future commissioning is informed by local insight and experience, we are bringing together housing and support providers from across North East Lincolnshire to explore what a refreshed HRS offer could look like.

While it provides good foundational information and clear objectives for the workshop, it lacks specific details on evaluation criteria and document content, impacting its completeness and practicality for potential participants.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements by providing a reference number, organization details, and a CPV code. The deadline is noted, though its reasonableness is questionable given the nature of the engagement. No disputes are reported. The procedure type is not specified, which is a minor omission for a preliminary engagement.

Clarity80/100

The description clearly outlines the purpose of the workshop, which is to gather insights for future commissioning of Housing Related Support. The target audience and desired outcomes are well-articulated. The AI-extracted requirements are also clearly presented.

Completeness70/100

Key information such as estimated value, contract duration, and start date are present. However, the lack of available document content and unspecified evaluation criteria for the workshop participation reduce its completeness. The 'Type' and 'Procedure' fields are also empty.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The engagement is open to all organizations involved in housing and support provision in the area, promoting fairness. The estimated value is disclosed. The criteria for participation are based on the organization's role and willingness to contribute, which are objective. There is no indication of tailored requirements to specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration, which is helpful. However, the lack of explicit e-submission details and the absence of document URLs for further information limit its practicality. The financing information is not detailed.
