The Customer wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of reactive repair call outs and general building works that arise on a day-to-day basis. Including out-of-hours, trades / works typically covered could include the following but not limited to:• Domestic Plumbing• Gutters and downpipes (and affected building fabric)• General Building and Plastering• Floors and Flooring• Carpentry and Joinery• Windows and Doors• Painting and Decorating• External Works and Groundworks – Surfacing and Paving etc• Suspended Ceilings
