Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender follows an open procedure and specifies a CPV code. Deadlines appear reasonable given the context of a framework agreement. No disputes are noted. The procedure is clear, but the absence of explicit regulatory compliance statements or dispute resolution mechanisms could be a minor concern.

Clarity80/100

The description of the requirement for PPE and Workwear is clear, and the division into lots is well-defined. The AI-extracted requirements list is comprehensive. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves a significant gap in understanding how bids will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including estimated value, duration, and start date. The CPV code and NUTS code are provided. However, the crucial tender documents are listed as having '0' documents with content/summaries, which severely impacts completeness.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, which promotes fairness. The estimated value is disclosed, and the division into lots allows for broader participation. However, the lack of readily available tender document content and unspecified evaluation criteria could hinder fair competition.

No document content available
Practicality65/100

The contract start date and duration are specified. Financing information is not explicitly detailed, and the absence of explicit e-submission details is noted. The primary concern is the lack of accessible tender documents, making practical submission difficult.
