Original Tender Description

The software is used in the design of superconducting qubits. Specifically, the High Frequency Simulation Software (HFSS) and the Maxwell package is used to simulate Electromagnetic structures using finite element method solver to analyse the parameters of specific superconducting chip designs. The superconducting team at the NQCC require this software to design the qubits to be used within their quantum computers.
