Lancashire County Council (LCC) is responsible for delivering winter service operations to keep the county's highways safe during ice, snow and other severe weather, relying on a time‑critical in‑vehicle winter service system that supports planning, in‑cab guidance, automated spreading and the capture of evidential treatment data across multiple depots.
