This tender for IVF media consumables demonstrates good clarity in technical requirements but is significantly hampered by the absence of evaluation criteria and lack of e-submission, impacting fairness and legal compliance.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender defines the procedure type and CPV codes appropriately, and there are no disputes. However, the critical omission of evaluation criteria is a significant legal compliance concern, as is the missing reveal date.

No evaluation criteria specified
Missing reveal date

No evaluation criteria specified

While document access is provided and requirements do not appear tailored, the absence of transparent evaluation criteria and the lack of e-submission significantly undermine the fairness and equal access for all potential bidders.

Practicality65/100

The contract start date and duration are clear. However, the lack of electronic submission support is a major practical drawback in modern procurement, potentially increasing administrative burden for bidders.

No e-submission

Most key fields are populated, and dates are logical. However, there is an inconsistency in the estimated value (£510,000 in summaries vs 612,000 EUR in basic info), and some codes/liable person fields are empty.
