Tender Quality Score

This tender is in the planning stage and outlines a clear need for targeted information, advice, and guidance services for young people. While generally well-structured, it lacks specific details on evaluation criteria and submission processes, and the deadline may be tight.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender is in the planning stage, which inherently limits a full assessment of legal compliance. The CPV code is appropriate, and there are no immediate indicators of disputes. However, the absence of a specified procedure type and the potential for a tight submission deadline (relative to the planning stage) are minor concerns.

Procedure type not specified
Potential for a tight submission deadline given the planning status
Clarity80/100

The description of the service required is clear, outlining the target demographic and the core objectives of the IAG services. The eligibility requirements are also well-defined. However, the lack of specified evaluation criteria leaves a significant gap in understanding how proposals will be assessed.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, organization, estimated value, and contract duration is present. The description is detailed. However, the absence of specific submission requirements and the fact that no tender documents with content are available detract from its completeness at this stage.

No document content available
No specific submission requirements detailed
Fairness85/100

The tender appears fair, with a clear disclosure of the estimated value and objective eligibility criteria. The process is not tailored to specific companies. The main concern is the lack of transparency regarding evaluation criteria, which could impact fairness if not addressed.

Missing evaluation criteria
Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration, and the estimated value is disclosed. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission and the absence of any document content make it difficult to assess the practicalities of the submission process at this stage.

No e-submission specified
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The dates provided are consistent with a planning phase.

Sustainability50/100

There is no explicit mention of green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding in the provided tender information. This indicates a lack of focus on sustainability criteria.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
