Riigihanke esemeks on Osaühingule Viimsi Haldus (ostja) maagaasi ostmine. Ostja ostab maagaasi vastavalt reaalsele vajadusele. Tarbimine Päikeseratta lasteaias ja Püünsi Kool-lasteaias torust tulevat gaasi. Hankelepingu kestvus 16 kuud peale hankelepingu sõlmimist. 2025 aasta (12 kuud) tarbimine ca 825 MWh (825 000 kWh).
