Dover Harbour Board (DHB) har til hensigt at foretage en indledende markedsdialog i overensstemmelse med Procurement Act 2023, for yderligere at informere sin igangværende gennemgang af langsigtede havnetovningsarrangementer som identificeret i Find a tender notice identifier: 2025/S 000-000055 dateret 3. januar 2025. Denne dialog er udelukkende til informationsindsamlingsformål og udgør ikke en udbudsprocedure. DHB vil søge at afholde drøftelser med højst 5 erfarne havnetovningsoperatører under en NDA, for at give DHB mulighed for bedre at forstå den nuværende markedskapacitet og typiske leveringsmodeller for en 24/7 havnetovningstjeneste.
