Places for People (PfP) Küchen-Mehrfachlos-Rahmenvertrag (nur Lieferung & Lieferung/Einbau & Geräte) England & Schottland

Places for People Group is seeking engagement with interested suppliers in advance of a forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of kitchen products and associated services. PfP will be hosting an online engagement event on Monday 5th October 2026 12:00-13:00 and would like to invite up to ten suppliers to participate in individual one-to-one sessions on Tuesday 6th October and Wednesday 7th October 2026. The framework is anticipated to operate for a four-year term and to include the below lots. The structure below is indicative only and may change following market engagement and internal approvals: Lot 1 (Lot 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) - Assets & Investment on a regional supply only basis (geographically split between (a) Scotland, (b) Central / North, (c) South East, (d) South West), as sub-contractors will install the kitchens, as part of the major works contract. Initially, this will not include the supply of appliances. However, may include some appliances such as a Built-in Single Oven or a ceramic domino hob in future). Lot 2 – PfP New Build Developments – England on a supply and install basis. The specification will also likely include a high-end/quality Sales option. Lot 3 (Lot 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f) – PfP New Build Developments - Scotland - The current Scottish Kitchen Framework for New Build Developments in Scotland is due to end August 2027 and so will also be included in this new framework on a supply and installation basis. Previously, the Scottish Framework included the following lots: (1) Highland – Affordable, (2) Highland – Market Sale, (3) North East - Affordable, (4) North East – Market Sale, (5) Central – Affordable, (6) Central – Market Sale. The new framework will include these 6 sub-lots, as categorised previously. The specification will also include a high-end/quality Sales option. This lot is likely to include the supply and installation of appliances. Lot 4 (Lot 4a, 4b)– Repair & FM - The new framework will include a separate lot, for Repairs & FM, Lot 4. Repairs & FM have a separate requirement to the above lots, in that they will require suppliers throughout Scotland & England to be able to provide kitchens through local/easily accessible branches, on a supply only basis. There will be 2 sub lots: Lot 4a for England, Lot 4b for Scotland. Lot 5 - PfP Students - PfP Students may be included on this new Framework, so they can use kitchen providers on a supply only or supply and install basis across England & Scotland. Lot 6 - Appliances (New Developments England and PfP Students only, excluding A&I, Repairs & FM and New Developments Scotland) - The supply or supply and installation of appliances will be included in this separate lot, for the supply and install of kitchens for PfP New Build Developments for Scotland and England and for PfP Students. PfP are keen to understand from supplier perspectives whether appliances should form part of the kitchen framework or be procured separately. The proposed full operating model has not been confirmed. The estimated total value of the framework is anticipated to be in the region of £53,050,000 including VAT, over the four-year term.
