Legal Compliance75/100

The tender generally adheres to legal frameworks, with reasonable deadlines and clearly defined CPV codes. Mandatory disclosure requirements are met, and no disputes are reported. A minor inconsistency exists with 'Value Classified: Yes' despite the value being disclosed. The 'MS' procedure type, while defined by code, lacks explicit justification for its use.
