Hanke esemeks on ehitustööd. Hange jaguneb kahe (2) osa vahel: 1 osa – Puiatu-Navesti torulõigu isoleerimistööd; 2 osa – Rapla-Kohila torulõigu isoleerimistööd. Täpsemad tingimused sätestatud hanke alusdokumentides.
