Original Tender Description

Hanke objektiks on viia läbi uuring, mille eesmärgid on: • selgitada välja seadusest (sh määrused, KOV taseme õigusaktid jms) ja/või teenuste kirjeldustest tulenevad nõuded majutusteenuse pakkumiseks KOV-ides; • hinnata, kuidas on KOV-ides majutusteenuse pakkumine korraldatud ning millised on võimalused majutuse pakkumiseks NTK ja IK teenuse sihtgrupile; • kaardistada, millised on KOV-ide majutusvõimaluste kitsaskohad ja millised on arenguvajadused; • selgitada välja, kas ja millistel tingimustel on võimalik SKA-l kasutada KOV-ide olemasolevat majutusvõimekust NTK ning IK teenuse sihtrühmadele ajutise turvalise majutuse pakkumiseks; • tuua välja võimalikud koostöömudelid majutusvõimekuse tagamiseks ja pakkuda soovitusi majutuse kättesaadavuse ja jätkusuutlikkuse parandamiseks NTK ja IK teenuste sihtrühmale.
