Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance100/100

The tender explicitly references and adheres to Regulation 21 (Reserved Contracts) and Regulation 28 (Open Procedure) of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, providing a clear legal basis for reserving the contract for 'Supported Businesses'. The definition of a 'Supported Business' is also clearly stated, aligning with the regulation.

Clarity60/100

The description of services is clear and comprehensive, covering various aspects of landscape maintenance and tree care. The eligibility criteria for 'Supported Businesses' are precisely defined. The reference to 'Landscape Architects tender drawings' for detailed areas is good, assuming these are readily accessible.
