Northumberland County Council is establishing a framework of Asbestos Contractors for the removal of asbestos containing materials from buildings which the Council has control over, typically homes, schools, libraries, offices, fire stations, workshops, and care homes, located throughout Northumberland. The Framework Agreement will consist of two Lots: Lot 1 - Licensed Asbestos Removal / Emergency Asbestos Removal Lot 2 - Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors can bid for one or both lots. If bidding for both lots, only one PSQ needs to be completed and returned. We will be awarding no more than 2 companies per lot, and these will be the top 2 ranked after evaluation.
