--Hold valid waste-handler authorisation (jäätmeluba) or written agreement with authorised waste partner.
--Comply with Pärnu municipality waste-sorting and dog-waste station rules.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS8
--Provide year-round service (no winter gritting/salting excluded) for ≈110 000 m² Class I & III green areas across three separate zones:
--– Audru-Lindi-Liu-Kihlepa
--– Lavassaare-Jõõpre-Ahaste
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS4
--Submit tender guarantee (amount and form to be stated in full dossier).
--Bid price must be all-inclusive, EUR, exclusive of VAT, fixed for contract duration.
--Lowest-price criterion: 100 % of award – ensure price is fully loaded (labour, equipment, transport, disposal, profit, risk).
