--Demonstrate ability to provide 5-year full warranty and 5-year spare-part availability for every item.

--Submit fully-completed electronic ESPD (no paper) via Estonian e-procurement system (eRHR).
--Sign and attach Form 2 (participation declaration) for each lot bid.
--Complete green-procurement declaration – all furniture must carry valid EU eco-label or equivalent environmental certificate.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS4
--Lot 1 (Office): deliver 28 metal locker-bench sets RAL 9005 black + Egger Caramel Nude laminate doors, identical to Kitman Thulema codes listed in Form 9 Part 1.
--Lot 2 (Laboratory): deliver 5 lab tables & 2 bio-waste containers with exact dimensions, finishes and load capacity stated in Form 9 Part 2.
--Perform full on-site installation including utility hook-ups, levelling, debris removal and barcode tagging of items > €5 000.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS4
--Bid a firm lump-sum price in EUR excluding VAT for every line item in Form 3 (Lot 1 and/or Lot 2).
