Originalni opis tendera

Savet želi da uspostavi pseudo-dinamički sistem nabavki (pseudo-DPS) sa brojem odobrenih pružalaca obuka koji će potom moći da učestvuju u daljim nadmetanjima za dodeljena sredstva ESFA od strane Saveta. Tok finansiranja ESFA koji se koristi u okviru ovog pseudo-dinamičkog sistema nabavki obezbediće obrazovanje odraslih za osobe starije od 19 godina.
