Description originale de l'appel d'offres

Le Conseil souhaite établir un système d'achat dynamique (pseudo-DPS) avec un certain nombre de prestataires de formation agréés qui pourront ensuite participer à de nouveaux appels d'offres pour le financement ESFA alloué par le Conseil. Le flux de financement ESFA utilisé dans le cadre de ce pseudo-système d'achat dynamique fournira une formation pour adultes de plus de 19 ans. Les fournisseurs retenus pour le pseudo-DPS seront invités à répondre à de nouveaux appels d'offres lorsqu'ils seront émis par le Conseil. Il est important de noter que le Conseil envisage de mener de nouveaux appels d'offres pas plus de deux fois par an dans le cadre de ce pseudo-DPS.
