This mandatory design-only procurement requires bidders to prove they can create a full reconstruction project for Kuristiku and Oru streets’ water & sewer networks, accept all tender terms without reservation, price the work exactly as specified in the Excel form, and demonstrate equivalence for any referenced standards—so only experienced Estonian water/sewer design firms with ready references and Excel-ready pricing should bid.

This form merely collects the bidder’s lump-sum price (currently shown as €0) for the mandatory design package—topo-geodetic and geotechnical surveys, water & sewer network design, and all permitting/coordination—so firms should already hold proven Estonian water/sewer design experience and be ready to submit a fully-costed, compliant Lisa 3 form with their offer.

Tallinna Vesi otsib madima hinnaga pakkujat, kes suudaks koostada Kuristiku ja Oru tänavaid teenindavate vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike rekonstrueerimise tööprojekti (eelkvalifikatsiooni nõudeid pole dokumendis toodud, kuid pakkumus peab olema 100 % hindepunktide saamiseks odavaim).

Mandatory: one Level-7 diplomaed water-/sewerage engineer (or foreign-equivalent) must personally lead the design for reconstructing the Kuristiku & Oru street water and sewer mains—bid only if you can name and document this specialist.

The design contract for reconstructing Kuristiku and Oru streets’ water and sewer pipelines requires bidders (mandatory) to prepare a full works project that strictly follows Tallinn Water’s published technical requirements, Estonian legislation and relevant standards, while confirming they have valid representation, all necessary permits and no conflicts with prior obligations.

Mandatory design of Kuristiku & Oru streets’ water/sewer network reconstruction—including topo-geodetic survey, geotechnical investigations, tree survey, all permits & servitudes, full pavement-restoration design, liaison with AS Tallinna Vesi specialists and every land/utility owner, and removal of redundant pipes—must be delivered per AS Tallinna Vesi technical requirements and is open only to qualified engineering firms able to manage the entire process to building-permit stage.

This is only the blank handover-acceptance form (Üleandmise-vastuvõtmise akt) that will be used after the design works are finished; it contains no technical requirements, qualification criteria or bidding instructions, so it gives no basis for deciding whether to bid.

AS Tallinna Vesi kuulutab välja projekteerimishanke, milles on kohustuslik koostada Kuristiku ja Oru tänavate olemasolevate vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike rekonstrueerimise tööprojekt koos ehitusloa taotlemisega ning lõpetada töö hiljemalt 30.10.2026 – kvalifitseerumiseks peab pakkujal olema asjakohane vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike projekteerimise kogemus ning võime tähtaegselt ehitusluba välja võita.

Tallinna Vesi otsib RHR-is madalaima maksumusega pakkujat, kes koostaks Kuristiku ja Oru tänavate vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike rekonstrueerimise tööprojekti (Vene või Valgevene ettevõtted on keelatud, pakkumus peab olema fikseeritud ja kehtib 60 päeva).
