Prosjektet oppføres på Elna Munchs Plads, Vanløse i København. I forbindelse med prosjektet oppføres ca. 45 m2 kjeller hovedsakelig til tekniske formål. Første etasje består av ca. 1200 m2 næringsareal for en dagligvarebutikk (Lidl) med ca. 90 m2 mellomgulv og 70 m2 trapperom.
