De Raad voert deze aanbestedingsprocedure uit in overeenstemming met de Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (de "Reglementen"), en is voornemens een Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem ("DPS") op te zetten voor Bouwmaterialen en Hulpstoffen (de "Goederen") op niet-exclusieve basis om te voldoen aan zijn eigen organisatorische en zakelijke behoeften met adequaat gekwalificeerde Economische Operators die producten aanbieden voor meerdere handelsdisciplines zoals geïdentificeerd onder de categorieën (zie categorieën hieronder). De Raad zet zich in om te zorgen voor adequate voorzieningen in heel Kirklees. **Deze kennisgeving vervangt publicatiereferentie: 2021/S 000-007426, die werd gepubliceerd op: 9 april 2021, vanwege een technische fout**
