Provision of Statutory Maintenance

Northumberland County Council requires the provision of statutory maintenance services for a number of different areas. The contract is split into the following lots: Lot 1 – Air Conditioning Equipment Lot 2 – Automatic, Roller Shutter and Sliding Doors Lot 3 – Display Energy Surveys Lot 4 – Kitchen Canopy Cleaning Lot 5 – Machine, Kiln and Woodwaste Extraction Lot 6 – P.E. Equipment Inspection Lot 7 – Boilers, Gas Soundness and Oil Inspection Lot 8 – Access, CCTV, Sliding Gates, AFILs and Barriers Lot 9 – Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts, Platform Lifts and Stair Lifts Lot 10 – Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting (GENT) Lot 11 – Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting (NON-GENT) Lot 12 – Water Hygiene Lot 13 – Pool Equipment Servicing Lot 14 – Building Management Systems Lot 15 – CHP Inspection and Servicing Lot 16 – Fixed Wiring Testing
