This procurement is made by the Estonian e-Governance Academy (hereinafter also referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) to modernize the following services: - issuance of extracts from the State Register of civil status acts on the state registration of birth, death, name change, marriage, divorce (hereinafter referred to as the “Extracts”); - re-issuance of birth, death, name change, marriage, divorce certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Duplicates”); - online application for the state registration of a marriage (hereinafter referred to as the “Marriage application”).
