SSD 21 06 - Derbyshire Adult Social Care and Health Supported Living Framework

Derbyshire Adult Care is inviting tenders from organisations experienced in the provision of specialist supported living services to adults. Providers will offer a supported living service for people of 18 years and upwards with complex needs. People in need of this service may have a variety of diagnoses and Providers are expected to have the specialist skills and knowledge required to deliver services to adults with support needs associated with the following disabilities: • learning disability • autism • mental health disability • physical disability and/or sensory impairment and/or acquired brain injury Providers will be selected on the basis of experience, capability and quality.
