Lankašyro grafystės taryba steigia Pseudo Dinaminių Pirkimo Sistemą (PDPS), „Gyvenimas gerai namuose PDPS“, kad būtų galima įsigyti įvairias paslaugas suaugusiems. Paslaugos suskirstytos į šias dalis: 1 dalis – Reguliuojamos priežiūros paslaugos, kurias teikia Priežiūros kokybės komisaras (1a dalis – Trumpalaikė priežiūra namuose, 1b dalis – Namų priežiūros paslaugos, 1c dalis – Papildomos priežiūros paslaugos); 2 dalis – Nereguliuojamos paramos paslaugos. Paraiškų teikėjai kviečiami teikti paraiškas visoms arba bet kuriai iš dalių, nėra apribojimų dalių skaičiui, apie kurias gali teikti paraiškas Paraiškų teikėjai, tačiau Paraiškų teikėjas privalo užtikrinti, kad jis atitinka atitinkamas pagrindines ir dalies specifikacijas tai daliai, apie kurią jis pasirenka teikti paraišką.
