Cardiff University (the “University”) is undertaking a competitive tender process under the Open Procedure, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). The University will be running this process as an Open Procedure advertised both on Find a Tender and Sell2Wales. The aim of this procurement process is to invite bids for the provision of External Audit Services. As a summary, this includes: The successful bidder will commence auditing the University for the financial year ending 31 July 2022. We require a high quality external audit delivered in an efficient manner by an auditor with high integrity and reputation. Please note, the successful bidder does not need to have experience in the higher education (HE) sector.
