Redevelopment of the LCR BeMore Apprenticeship Portal & creation of Mobile Application

We are looking to procurement the services for the redevelopment of the existing Liverpool City Region (LCR) Be More apprenticeship website (https://be-more.info) for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) as well as the introduction of a mobile application. The pandemic has seen a huge shift in digital behaviours and expectations and the proposed redevelopment is to create a one-stop solution that not just provides a regionalised apprenticeship service but also serves as a city region digital beacon for careers advice and guidance such as progression pathways and local industry relevant information to a wider audience. Presently, as apprenticeships, skills and careers are so closely linked, there is a requirement for these sources of information to be pulled together in one place and delivered in a more aspirational and engaging way. Launched in March 2019, Be More, Be An Apprentice attracted national media attention for being the first regionalised solution for online apprenticeship vacancy and advice and guidance. The current solution benefits from apprenticeship vacancies being supplied by the NAS data feed as well as the ability to manually upload vacancies to meet needs of local organisations.
