„Flagship Group“ kuria dinamišką tiekėjų sistemą (DPS), skirtą „Flagship Group“ laikino ir nuolatinio, tiesioginio ir netiesioginio personalo įdarbinimui. DPS galiojimo laikotarpiu bus vykdomi mini konkursai. Visi DPS sistemoje užsiregistravę ir atrankos etapą sėkmingai įveikę dalyviai bus kviečiami dalyvauti mini konkursuose. Patekimas į atrankos etapą bus atviras visą DPS galiojimo laikotarpį.
