Services on the provision of government-wide cybersecurity capacity building exercises

A cyber exercise is defined here as a planned event during which an organization simulates cyber-attacks or information security incidents or other types of disruptions in order to test the organization’s cyber capabilities, from being able to detect a security incident to the ability to respond appropriately and minimize any related impact. The aim of the procured services is to improve the resilience and expertise of the Ukrainian cyber security authorities - to train comprehensive cyber capacity skills at technical level, as well as to raise awareness at the managerial level on the effects that cyber incidents can cause. As a result of the procurement, a procurement contract will be awarded to the chosen Contractor for the delivery of two (2) cyber exercises to be delivered in the course of 6 months.
