This was a call-off against Lot 1 Built Environment of the Scape National Consultancy Framework Reference number: SCP006 Consultancy Services to be provided in support of FLEC Project - comprising an architect led design team including the following disciplines: • Project management, • Cost management, • Civil Engineers, including, transport planning, flood assessment, drainage, air quality and noise assessment • Landscape expertise • Engagement/consultation support (preferably with a digital focus). Term - 18 months
